DRT005 – Technical Difficulties

After running into some technical difficulties of my own I finally get out episode 5 which is about the technical difficulties even savvy computer people are running into with Second Life these days.  I talk with Radar Masukami and Sougent Harrop about their experiences with Second Life’s release candidates and what frustrates them the most.  Not for those who can’t stand tech talk.

You know, I’m finding RC10 and 11 to be really stable. Beachball freezes – gone. System lockups – gone. Well, I did have it try to lockup the Mac again two nights ago but I disabled VBO and so far so good again.

I think the worst is behind me on my two Macs, I’m sure there’s still plenty of others fighting their issues.
